The model is free, and stays free

Scheduled events are among the most efficiently priced moments in a market. The honest prior is that a model calling their direction lands near a coin flip, so we are not claiming ours can. What it would have to demonstrate first was written down in advance:

We are not claiming this model is predictive. It ships as a clearly labelled second opinion, free, with its record published in full. If the 95% confidence band on win rate against the sector benchmark sits entirely above 50% over at least 200 sector-gradeable calls, we will have earned the right to describe it as predictive. Until then we won't.

The model's own calls — ideas, scenario signals and impact ratings — are free permanently and will not appear in any paid tier. Charging for a directional call is what creates the incentive to keep calling it predictive before that has been demonstrated.

The record and the methodology are open to everyone including people without an account, and the losses stay published alongside the wins.

What we will and won't charge for later

When pricing does arrive it will sit on the utility layer only — the parts that are worth money whether or not the model can predict anything: knowing how much of your portfolio faces a dated event, a calendar filtered to what you actually hold, the base rates behind each event type, live quote refresh, screening and peer read-across, and alerts before the day rather than after it. The model's calls, the track record and the methodology will never be paywalled — a tool that sells forecasts has an obvious incentive to hide how they turned out, and hiding them is the one thing that would make this product worthless.
