Every score on this site cites the inputs it used. Those links are re-checked daily and whenever a score is opened. When a check returns a different verdict than last time — the page text was edited, the publisher redirected it, or the link died — the change is written here with a timestamp. Reclassifications of source confidence (primary, secondary, tertiary) are logged the same way. Nothing in this log is edited or deleted.
